We purchased Averegan's Argo to take our farm fibre to the next level. While Argo might be on the compact side, this guy packs a punch with his amazing density and absolutely wonderful personality. Prada and her twin sister Pandora were born in 2009 at Fancy Fleece Farm and were featured in the September 2009 issue of the Camelid Quarterly. Their sire is the well known herdsire Tell Vivace and their dam is SNF Black Pearl.

Prada & Pandora are both very nice looking females with excellent conformation and beautiful fine fibre.

2017 - brown female sired by High Plains Elvis
2019 - a grey female sired by Grey Whisper
2020 - a fawn female sired by Mountain Boy's Reflection
2022 - a bay male (Jasper) sired by Mountain Boy's Reflection
2023- no cria
2024- no cria, rebred to Argo August 12 for cria due Jul18, 2025

Prada is full of attitude but produces beautiful cria even at her age. Her fleece is still great for processing. While she is registered as a true black, she is more of a dark grey. She is a good Mom and tentative to her cria.

Purchase Terms

We get that it can be expensive to purchase a new small herd. We offer a payment program that works for you, within a 2 month time period. Once all animals are paid for, they can be released to you. If you are a new farm looking to build your herd, we will sell you no less than 3 animals (if available) OF THE SAME SEX. This is a MUST. Unless you are also purchasing from another reputable farm at the same time. Alpacas are herd animals and thrive in herds of 3 or more of the same sex. If you are an existing farm with alpacas, we will happily sell you 1 animal, as long as there are others at your farm of the same sex. We will NOT sell a male and female pair. This is not how the alpaca kingdom works. Please do your research. Our primary concern is the health and wellbeing of our alpacas.
